wxKanban (“we,” “wxperts”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect on this site, why, and what you can do about it. In short: we collect only what you give us plus a little anonymous traffic data, we use it to keep you informed about wxKanban, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in the notify form, we collect your name and email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your cell/mobile number, the platform you build on, your primary language, and whether you'd like to join the hands-on cohort.
- Basic usage data. When you visit, we record anonymous page-view data: the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your browser language, your screen size, and any campaign tag in the link you followed. We do not use cookies, and we do not use third-party trackers or advertising networks.
How we use it
- To send you the How-To videos as they're published, and to tell you when wxKanban launches.
- To follow up with you about the hands-on cohort, if you asked us to.
- To understand which content and channels bring people to the site, so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our cloud hosting and email-delivery providers (such as Amazon Web Services) — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you submit for as long as you're interested in wxKanban, or until you ask us to delete them. Anonymous usage data is retained in aggregate to track trends.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — including withdrawing your consent. Just email admin@wxperts.com and we'll take care of it.
International visitors
wxKanban is offered worldwide, and our systems may process your information in the United States. By submitting the form, you consent to that transfer. If you're in a region with specific data-protection rights (such as the EU or UK under the GDPR), the rights described above apply to you.
